04How our classrooms work

Mixed ages.

Children learn from each other

Three-year age spans let younger children aspire and older children consolidate by teaching — the social heart of the Montessori classroom.

Extended work cycles.

Time to go deep

Uninterrupted morning blocks let a child freely delve into an activity, build variations, and extend tasks — protecting focus from fragmented transitions.

A prepared environment.

Everything within reach

Low shelves, real tools, and fully fitted workspaces invite independence. The room is designed to teach without a teacher hovering.

Guided by observation & technology.

Lessons that meet the child

Teachers observe and, with the help of our homegrown planning technology, track milestones — introducing the next challenge exactly at your child's developmental pace.
